We deliver high functioning interior designs that promote service efficiency. Our firm specializes in interior design renovations working with existing components and new build-out designs.

Our Design Process
We've carefully crafted our design process in order to ensure a smooth and clear path to success.
1. Concept Creation
The first step in the interior design process begins with concept development.
Our designers meet with the clients to understand their individual needs and evaluate the
space.
Collaboratively we create a design approach for your space.
2. Design Development
Once we establish a concept design, we develop a complete set of interior design plans.
Including: space planning, furniture layout, mill work plans, elevation plans, and material
finishes selection.
We create a CAD design of current and proposed floor plans.
3. Architecture & Engineering
We work closely with an architect and engineer to develop the client’s
construction documents which include mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans.
Producing an interior design set, architecture and MEP plans ready for permit, pricing, and
construction.
4. Coordination & Instillation
The designer is on-site to supervise products are received in proper condition, products are
installed correctly, and that
documents are followed appropriately.
Design implementation supervision entails ordering and tracking of all products,
coordinating with contractors,
delivery and installation of all floor, window, and wall covering.
5. Project Completion
To conclude the final collaborative design, the designer will complete a final walk through with the client to ensure all design aspects are complete.

Avihay Shuker is an artist, interior designer, and developer of A Designer Concepts. He possesses extensive design experience in the areas of commercial and hospitality design. Since 2009, Avihay has built a diverse portfolio of design projects throughout Florida and the United States. As a consultant, designer, and concept developer, his designs consider your brand image and how to optimize efficiency through interior design.
